  • Why are no fixed prices shown for Ultimate on the website?

    Ultimate is designed for companies with very different requirements – from diverse system landscapes for multichannel to international omnichannel setups. A “one-size-fits-all” plan would not reflect this reality. That is why we calculate Ultimate individually for your setup – so you only pay for the SaaS you truly need.

  • Why do the website prices seem more favourable than my Ultimate offer?

    The prices shown on the website refer to our standard editions with defined feature sets and fixed usage and tiered GMV limits.

    Ultimate includes more: extended platform capacities, exclusive integrations, personal account management, and – if required – managed services. These additional services are reflected in the price, ensuring you receive an offer that covers your entire e-commerce reality.

  • Can I use PlentyONE as middleware?

    Yes. While PlentyONE is designed as an all-in-one e-commerce platform, it can also function as middleware within a more advanced system infrastructure.

    Its modular architecture and detailed authorisation management enable seamless connections between systems, making data exchange and process automation straightforward.

    For example, PlentyONE can be integrated with both a third-party ERP and your online sales channels to handle commerce-specific tasks such as order processing, product synchronisation, and listing management. This allows for flexible integration scenarios based on your existing tech stack.

  • Are there introductions and training sessions for getting started with PlentyONE?

    Yes. For a smooth and successful start, Ultimate customers receive personal project support, customised onboarding and launch services, as well as training sessions for their teams.

    In addition, extensive self-service resources are available – without the need for external support:

  • How are contract terms and cancellation periods regulated?

    Contract terms and cancellation conditions are defined in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), which you can always find in the latest version at plentyone.com/agb. Depending on the services selected, different conditions may apply. Please always check the document relevant to your contract.

  • How does billing work with PlentyONE?

    For the Ultimate Edition, your invoice includes:

    - Fixed monthly basic fee with included GMV limit
    GMV stands for Gross Merchandise Volume – the total value of goods sold via PlentyONE, excluding shipping costs and VAT, and calculated before returns. The higher the included GMV you choose, the higher the monthly basic fee.

    - GMV overage fee
    Applies only if your actual monthly GMV exceeds the included GMV in your edition. GMV is calculated on a monthly net basis – excluding VAT and shipping costs, but before returns. The overage fee is charged as a contractually agreed percentage on the portion of GMV above your booked limit.

    - Optional services
    For example, managed services or customised integrations.

    You can view all invoices via the customer dashboard in your PlentyONE system. For any questions, our support team is available at any time via the Service Desk.

  • Can third-party tools (e.g. ERP, CRM, shipping providers) be integrated?

    Yes. PlentyONE is open to a wide range of third-party systems and services. In addition to many ready-made integrations (e.g. for payment, fulfilment, and business intelligence), the platform offers flexible options for connecting your own or customised systems via REST API, plugins, and import/export functions.

    This allows you to tailor PlentyONE seamlessly to your system landscape.
