But as business complexity increased, the existing solution reached its limits: the specialised technology made further adjustments more time-consuming, suitable developers were hard to find — and changes could no longer be implemented at the desired speed.

At the same time, the individual logic of toredo’s complex multichannel business model demanded an online shop that is natively integrated into the existing system and can be adapted deeply and flexibly, without complicating operations.
