How are PlentyONE prices calculated?
You can choose between the following plans: Lite, Lite+, Expand, and Scale. They define the scope of features and performance you need for your business.
If you require a more individual and flexible offer model, our Ultimate plan is the right choice.
The prices shown on the website refer to our standard plans with defined feature sets, fixed usage, and tiered GMV limits*.
ⓘ GMV-Limit reflects the average expected maximum monthly revenue you process with PlentyONE.
Our pricing structure is based on two components:
1. Monthly base fee
– Fixed monthly amount, depending on your chosen plan and monthly included GMV*.
– Each plan offers GMV tiers. The higher the included GMV, the higher the base fee.
– All features and core functions of the chosen plan are always included, regardless of the GMV limit selected.ⓘ *GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) is the total value of goods sold via PlentyONE (excluding shipping costs and VAT, before returns).
2. Monthly total fee
= Base fee + any fees for exceeding the booked GMV limit (see GMV overage fee**) + VAT.ⓘ **GMV overage fee– Applies only if your actual GMV exceeds the included limit.
– GMV is calculated monthly (net, excl. VAT & shipping, before returns).
– Short-term peaks or seasonal spikes (e.g. Christmas) temporarily exceeding your booked GMV limit do not require an immediate upgrade.
– Instead, a contractually agreed percentage fee is charged only on the GMV portion above your booked limit. -
How do I switch to PlentyONE?
Migration to PlentyONE is straightforward — either self-service or with expert support.

– Exceeding limit:
Congrats — your business is growing! If your monthly turnover goes beyond the included GMV limit, only the exceeded portion is billed at a contractually agreed percentage fee (GMV overage fee).– Temporary peaks:
No stress during seasonal spikes (e.g. holiday season). You don’t need to upgrade immediately — that’s where the GMV overage fee comes in: the GMV above your included limit is simply billed at the contractually agreed rate.– Permanent growth:
If your GMV keeps rising, it’s usually more cost-efficient to switch to a higher GMV tier or upgrade to the next plan. -

How does billing work with PlentyONE?
Monthly billing is based on your selected plan, the booked GMV limit, and any extras like overage fees or Service & Support.
Your invoice includes:
1.) Base fee: fixed monthly amount based on your plan (Lite, Lite+, Expand, Scale, Ultimate) and chosen GMV limit — reflecting your expected maximum monthly revenue you process with PlentyONE.
2.) GMV overage fee:
only applies if your actual GMV exceeds the included limit. GMV = the total value of all goods sold via PlentyONE (excluding shipping costs and VAT, before returns).3.) Optional Growth Services: e.g. Managed Services or custom integrations.
