About DHL Paket
DHL Paket is the parcel shipping service for business customers of DHL Paket GmbH, a subsidiary of the DHL Group (Deutsche Post DHL Group). DHL Paket offers online retailers domestic and international shipping solutions with direct integration into PlentyONE via the DHL shipping logistics function "Versenden" and the Deutsche Post Internetmarke. The integration is certified as an official DHL partner system.
Via the PlentyONE integration, shipping labels and Deutsche Post stamps are generated automatically, tracking information is transmitted, and customers are notified in real time. Return processes — both domestic and international — are also embedded directly in PlentyONE.
