Overview PAQATO
About PAQATO
PAQATO GmbH is a software company founded in 2015 in Münster, developing an after-sales experience platform for online retailers. The platform enables merchants to fully control shipping communication after purchase — including shipping notifications, tracking information, and returns processing — under their own brand identity, rather than delegating it to the respective logistics service provider. More than 2,500 online shops use PAQATO for proactive, brand-specific customer communication along the parcel journey.
USPs of the PAQATO integration
Service Portfolio PAQATO
- Shipping communication in the merchant's hands — Shipping notifications such as "Your parcel arrives tomorrow" are sent by the merchant, not the logistics provider — in the merchant's own corporate design, with their own wording and content.
- Track & trace page in the shop — Shipment tracking takes place on a dedicated page within the online shop, not on the logistics provider's website — customers stay in the shop environment and can continue shopping directly.
- Shipping controlling with BI analytics — PAQATO delivers detailed analytics on shipping volumes, delivery transit times, and carrier performance down to individual shipment level, enabling proactive intervention in case of delays.
- Multiple carriers, one platform — Shipments from different logistics providers are tracked and communicated centrally within a single platform.
